In order to protect the interests of customers and the security reason, our company staff or designers are prohibited to receive cash or money transfer to any personal account. Our company do not require customer to pay cash for any discount or promotion. we are not responsible for any private transaction between designer and customer.
Our company regulation for employees requires our designer cannot receive any cash or money transfer to their personal bank account. Payment method only by check, credit card or bank transfer to the company account. Checks payable to the " 豪迅有限公司" or Globe Sense limited", please summit crossed check and delete " holder or Bearer"

Our engineering inspectors will not only monitor the progress but will also do a final check up before handing it back to the property owner. For example, they will check if the door panel is installed properly and the materials used. If there's a problem with the furniture either because of the designer or something else, the inspection and service team will immediately assist, follow up and ensure that its up to standard.

There are may things to follow up before handing back the home to their owners. Thus, our service team will work under the arrangements and rules set up by the inspection team to clean home décor, lighting,speakers, etc. Our company will also provide complementary cleaning service. Every step is listed under the plan; thus mistakes and problems are minimized.
Shoes are taken off before entry to the home to make sure the place is clean and to prevent any scratches on the floor
After all the work has completed, the service team will throw away any flammable material and garbage to assure cleanliness and sanitary of the home.
Designers will come to the home and make sure everything is up to standard before handing back to the client
In order to receive client's satisfaction, the service team will prefect every detailed area
The service team will place home decor according to designer's instructions
Before handing the home back to the client, our service team will change the lock to ensure safety
After handing back the home to our clients, we will provide a 3 year structural warranty. We will gladly fix any problems that are not caused by man
We will ask our clients to fill in a customer satisfaction form to understand if the client is satisfied with the construction process and the result.
