Our company regulation for employees requires our designer cannot receive any cash or money transfer to their personal bank account. Our company only employs local Hong Kong construction workers and never illegal Mainland China labor. Moreover our company will purchase labor insurance for them. No matter if the worker is specialized in paint, wood, concrete or electrical, they all have a certified government licenses. We will never hire outside companies. In addition, we have a team that is dedicated to supervise the progress and offer professional training for on-the-top service. Clients who wish to renew their plumbing system will need to apply though Water Supplies Department. The fee we charge for the construction does not include the application fee, thus clients must apply themselves or hire related companies we recommend to do it. Clients can pay an extra fee if clients want us to help them retrieve Electricity ordinance (Chapter 406) Electricity (Wiring) Regulations Work Completion Certificate (Form W51)
Supervisors are responsible for checking the material and size of furniture, to make sure the team whether if they followed the clients orders If any problem or mistake is found on the material, we will immediately contact the engineering team to follow up and mark it “not qualified” and will not be used.
A team called “PIC” will monitor the progress by taking pictures
Smoking is prohibited on construction grounds to prevent fire from happening

The inspection team are responsible for monitoring the process. A checklist and related documents will be distributed before work starts
