Because the client is the property owner, we must create a design in which fully satisfies the client's needs and wants. An organized work schedule is mandatory and needed. Firstly, Design Information Center will hear what the client wants then a meeting regarding about it will be held to discuss what we can do to accommodate the client's needs. After doing all these steps, then we can start the work. “The 8 Steps” provides a perfect work schedule to produce a client satisfied design. This is also the reason why our company received ISO 9001:2015 design and construction certificate.

Listening very carefully to the client's needs is very important because the design entry data comes from the information the client gives us.
After we have met with the client and understand their needs, the design team will arrange a meeting to discuss how to approach the project.
Top Designers/designers appointed by design leader will create a plan on how to approach and come up with the theme, time required and the approximate completion date.
The designer will then draw onto the floor plan, and will be discussed between the client and the designer.
When the design is decided, an evaluation of it will be conducted to see if there is anything wrong and/or needs to be corrected. It will be evaluated and then will be given to our client.
After clients satisfy with the draft, would submit it to Senior designer for audit, and then review by the internal auditors whether the design input according by the (I.E. data unit) and the contents of agreement before the construction drawing submit to furniture production team, any failed step will inform the senior designer to modify.
The designer will then explain the design to the client. Samples of materials and color will be given for reference. If its a major project, then a 3D model will be given and the client must sign to confirm that they received it.
If the design has parts in which violated the law or regulations, the designer will correct it and will be given back for evaluation. Then be confirmed with the client for satisfaction.
