Points to be caution:

The interior design market is very competitive. There are many bad companies that would use misleading methods to attract customers, but complaints and legal disputes are usually the result. Never fully rely on the company as there are many points to be aware of:

  1. Consumers should be aware of all types of news like articles on furniture/renovation and complaints in newspaper.
  2. Never fully rely and trust the company during the renovation process because you are the user therefore you have the responsibility to supervise the process.
  3. Be aware if the steps of work flow are correct and up to standard.
  4. If you feel that the sales consultants are using misleading methods, first understand if it is their own personal problem to prevent any misunderstanding with the company.
  5. A good construction company will establish a communication method for clients to express opinions, etc. This allows the company's management to know how each sales consultant is treating their clients and prevent the sales consultant's personal problems from effecting the entire flow. The higher the clarity, the more complete the system is.
  6. A well reputed company would purchase labor insurance for their employees and recommend clients to purchase construction insurance.
  7. Before selecting a construction company, you need to consider its reputation, quality and word of mouth. Consumers should attain information from different resources.

Without the insurance cover and structural warranty, it will be hard to keep the engineering quality and also an incomplete project will appeared🤯, and client may carry unnecessary loss. 💸
