Our professionalism and dedication have won high praise from customers. Thanks to Mrs. Ng for her favor and support, our DIC group is deeply honored.

Mrs. Ng is very satisfied with the work of designer Keith. Throughout the project, Keith not only provided professional advice to meet the client's needs, but also followed up and dealt with the client's doubts in a timely manner, which made Mrs. Ng felt at ease. Mrs. Ng also said that the way of cooperation with our DIC group has shown the real design spirit, and the future decoration project will appoint Keith as the designer again. Hello, professionals of design information.

The renovation of our residence, has been completed. We would like to thank your company for your hard work and professional services.

We have cooperated with your company for the third time, and Master Keith Wong is also our designated designer for the second time.

Keith is a very caring and careful professional. He will pay attention to customers' requests, and provide them with his own professional opinions. This makes us more confident, because the artist should have his own ideas and viewpoints, so that after several discussions, there will be a more perfect effect that we require, which we appreciate! Of course, there will be some benign quarrels between the two parties, but in the end we can both achieve a win-win situation of mutual interest and produce an unexpected effect. Such cooperation is the real meaning of design, not one-way, which is worthy of praise.

Besides, your company's arrangement is also thoughtful. Keith will personally accompany us to purchase decoration materials, which not only increases our sense of security, but also purchases suitable materials under professional guidance and gets a fair price. During the whole decoration process, Keith was considerate and synchronized. When we noticed a problem, he would immediately follow up and correct it. Of course, human errors are indispensable, but it’s just whether we followed up immediately. That is what Keith did.

In terms of daily coordination, this time may be delayed a little due to the COVID-19 and the Chinese New Year, but it is acceptable.

All in all, Keith is a professional designer with an artistic personality. We have great confidence in him. If we have the opportunity to buy a new residence or decorate in the future, we will definitely look for Design Information Centre again and appoint Keith as our Queen's Designer.

✨Design Information Centre can offer interest-free installment choices of several banks🏦. It is because of our well-developed foundation and stable financial condition💪, we are able to obtain back-ups from different banks. Therefore we are able to offer 12-month, 24-month or 36-month interest-free installments to our customers.💰💰

✨All designers in DIC gained professional training and everyone have their own personal style and strength📝. However, they will not solely rely on their personal capabilities, but also follow the management culture by the company and all the strict monitor guidelines, management and review process. Also, they collaborated with every department included Audit Department, Engineering Supervision, Construction Team, and Furniture Production Team and examine work in different department to finish the project. ✨ Clients should have checked if the payment method is the same as above when patronize decoration design engineering in DIC✔✔. Our company will not take the responsibility to provide the insurance cover (e.g. labour insurance and the warranty of every project), 3-year structural warranty of the residential project and 1-year structural warranty of the commercial project if the project did not follow the above payment request. Without the insurance cover and structural warranty, it will be hard to keep the engineering quality and also an incomplete project will appeared🤯, and client may carry unnecessary loss. 💸
