We would like to thank Mr. & Mrs. Lui, our customers of Park Metropolitan (IV34552), for sparing their time to write the thank you message, which is a big encouragement to our DIC team. They said after understanding our sound management culture, as well as our professional design and construction teams, they felt reassured to appoint us for the fitting out service. Although they were worried at the beginning of the fitting out, when they saw that every process was checked by specially-assigned persons in accordance with strict guidelines, and all team members performed their jobs and put themselves into customers’ shoes, they felt reassured because of our professional and excellent services. The customers and their family were not merely satisfied with their new home, they also highly praised the fitting out experience this time.

We are the owners of a flat in Park Metropolitan, Kwun Tong. We spent lots of time and efforts on choosing a design company to renovate our new home in December last year. Occasionally, we saw the videos and photos of the fitting out works done by your company, we texted your company via the Whatsapp enquiry no. on your Facebook, and searched the company’s business model and philosophy, as well as its design and fitting out team structure. Finally, we confirmed to go to Design Information Centre, your company’s staff arranged our first meeting with Mr. Marvin Mak quickly to discuss the design proposal. In the second meeting, we immediately signed an all-inclusive fitting out contract with Design Information Centre. Honestly, at the beginning of the fitting out, we were worried about the materials offered by your company and the quality of the construction team. But soon, all our doubts were dispelled, we could not imagine that your company checked the materials strictly, purchasing was centralized and handled by specially-assigned persons, the workers performed all their jobs well, we felt touched and satisfied. We spent money on our new home fitting out to be reassured and free from worry!

From your senior designers, to the project supervisors and contruction workers, all of them have been considerate for their customers, trying their best to utilize customers’ money properly. To be honest, our whole family are touched and very satisfied with the design and fitting out of our new home.

The fitting out of our new home was completed perfectly on 26 April, on the handover day, we saw that our home is exactly the same with the design drawings. Our whole family wish to express our gratitude towards Design Information Centre by writing this thank you letter!

Special thanks to the senior designer Marvin Mak, his design thinking is clear and he can understand customers’ needs meticulously, creating a functional, comfortable and harmonious space. He’s good at making use of lighting to curate vibes, matching materials and colours. We had a basic design request of our home, Marvin enhanced it with his professional knowledge and sense of trend, after continuous communication and feedback, a satisfying design rendering was produced, and we looked forward to it. Then, Marvin carefully worked on every process, reported the progress to us timely, proposed adjustment and enhancement suggestions, finally, all fitting out works and handover were completed on time under the fifth wave of epidemic.

Apart from his professional knowledge, Marvin’s devotion to work and respect to customers are commendable. I remember once he came to the flat to discuss the design with us, he found that he might have lost his purse during lunch, he didn’t rush to leave to look for it, he kept focusing on sharing the home design with us, it seemed that we were more worried than him! We’re touched by his customer-centric service and sincere attitude.

After moving in, we think that his design is much more exquisite. Marvin has successfully created a more spacious space than the actual area and a higher ceiling visually.

In addition, we’d like to thank the project supervisor (Shek) for trying his best in supervising the project, so that we could be reassured of the fitting out quality of our new home.
