This is the compliment from our client, Mr. Lee and Mrs. Lee from IV34548 Mont Vert. Firstly, we’d like to extend our sincere thanks to their specially reply.

We are honored that Mr. Lee and Mrs. Lee chose Design Information Centre. We are also pleased that they were satisfied with the results of their home renovation. Mr. Lee and Mrs. Lee feel that they are more and more in harmony with the designer which made half the renovation work with double results.

Mr. Lee and Mrs. Lee appreciated Jacob, the General Manager of Design because he is conscientious and patient. The design met Mr. Lee and Mrs. Lee's needs and took the convenience of daily life into consideration. Mrs. Lee appreciates Jacob's vision even more. His good sense in color makes the flat much more beautiful.

Mr. Lee and Mrs. Lee also appreciates the engineering team of DIC, especially decorator Kan and his team. They are serious about their work and always think of their clients. This kind of attitude has made Mr. Lee and Mrs. Lee very satisfied and reassured. It is our greatest motivation to receive praise from our customers and we will continue to work hard to provide the best qualitied design and decoration services.

We are very grateful for the praise we have received from our guests which is the biggest motive power for us. Jacob and the DIC’s team have put a lot of effort and thought into our new home over the past months. We gradually understood and in step with each other better and satisfied with the result.

We appreciate that Jacob has always listened to our requests with great care and patience, and has basically met all our needs in terms of design, taking the convenience of daily life and the transportation into consideration as well as aesthetic design. We were particularly impressed by Jacob's vision for color and material selection. He chose some bold colors and elements which we were initially afraid to choose. However, after listening to Jacob's professional advice, we got the final result indeed more beautiful than we had originally envisaged.

In addition, my husband and I would like to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude to the engineering team of DIC, especially to our decorator, Mr. Kan and his team for their conscientiousness, pragmatism and not penny-pinching. They always think of the clients. They were only required to do a good job of fixing all the leaks, but they always went one step further. When we contacted with the engineering department for some minor questions which can only be found after moving in, they were always very responsible and came to look into fixing. Their work attitude made us very satisfied and reassured.

✨Design Information Centre can offer interest-free installment choices of several banks🏦. It is because of our well-developed foundation and stable financial condition💪, we are able to obtain back-ups from different banks. Therefore we are able to offer 12-month, 24-month or 36-month interest-free installments to our customers.💰💰

✨All designers in DIC gained professional training and everyone have their own personal style and strength📝. However, they will not solely rely on their personal capabilities, but also follow the management culture by the company and all the strict monitor guidelines, management and review process. Also, they collaborated with every department included Audit Department, Engineering Supervision, Construction Team, and Furniture Production Team and examine work in different department to finish the project. Providing a perfect and integrated service to our clients by using the power of teamwork. 🖥

✨ Clients should have checked if the payment method is the same as above when patronize decoration design engineering in DIC✔✔. Our company will not take the responsibility to provide the insurance cover (e.g. labour insurance and the warranty of every project), 3-year structural warranty of the residential project and 1-year structural warranty of the commercial project if the project did not follow the above payment request. Without the insurance cover and structural warranty, it will be hard to keep the engineering quality and also an incomplete project will appeared🤯, and client may carry unnecessary loss. 💸
