We would like to thank Mr. Bao and Ms. Kan, our customers of Tuen Mun Estate (IV35100), for writing the thank you message, which greatly encourages our whole DIC team. They specially thanked designer Keith for listening patiently, proactively solving problems for them and his professional attitude. They also thanked the electricians Tat and Ho for explaining the locations of electrical appliances installations patiently. Besides, the proactiveness and patience of the furniture worker Fung impressed them.

It is our honor to be recognized and encouraged by our customer, every compliment or encouragement is the motivation of our improvement, we will keep it up and work on every project diligently.

Thank you for the help of DIC team, we’re surprised that the repossession is on time!

Thanks to designer Keith that the whole fitting out work has been finished smoothly! I remember that our first meeting was in September last year, we asked about renovation, Keith listened to our needs and answered our questions patiently in the meeting, he drew our ideas on the floorplan briefly, although we decided to sell the flat instead of renovating it at last, the discussion was impressive! So after we bought our new house, we called DIC to enquire our new home fitting out, we met Keith again, he patiently and carefully drew our ideas on the floorplan, so we decided to appoint DIC for fitting out.

Keith knew all the matters about the fitting out! When I had questions, he replied quickly which was reliable. The whole fitting out process was wonderful and pleasant; he was extraordinarily professional!

The most satisfying part is the magnet wall in the living room, I visited my friend’s home and searched some information on the internet, people said it’s made of magnet paint, magnet glass or magnet fireproof panel. But the colours are dull, it’s either black or glass, the choices of magnet fireproof panels are limited, finally, Keith applied a breakthrough method to make a magnet wall with many colour choices, so that my magnet wall isn’t dull. Although the magnet wall occupied little space of my home, it proves that the designer is considerate.

I have to mention that, I had heard that the construction workers were rude! When I met DIC’s construction workers, they changed my thought! They were polite! I couldn’t believe it until I saw them working! I want to thank electricians Tat and Ho, they proactively explained the locations of electrical appliances installations patiently! The furniture workers Fung proactively tested the opening of the doors and cabinet doors, during the furniture installation and remedial work, he proactively told me the areas where I had to pay attention to, he came here for furniture follow-up in public holidays. I remember one day, he saw me installing a bar chair that I bought, he saw that I had problems in the installation and proactively offered help, although it might be just a little help to him, it was warm to me.

Lastly, I want to thank DIC’s team for completing my new home fitting out. If my friends need fitting out services, I’ll recommend DIC to them!

Our company will not take the responsibility to provide the insurance cover (e.g. labour insurance and the warranty of every project), 3-year structural warranty of the residential project and 1-year structural warranty of the commercial project if the project did not follow the above payment request. Without the insurance cover and structural warranty, it will be hard to keep the engineering quality and also an incomplete project will appeared🤯, and client may carry unnecessary loss. 💸
