歐陸風邂逅輕奢風，約692英尺房屋設計該何等驚豔！ 家的設計不僅是居住空間的堆砌，更是對生活態度和品位的展現。在所有裝修風格中，輕奢風和歐陸風一直都深得人心。但當歐陸裝修邂逅輕奢風後，會展現出何等驚豔的風格呢？今天我們就一起探索下約692英尺房屋設計，看它是如何完美融合了歐陸風和輕奢風吧。 1. 客飯廳 步入客飯廳之後，就可以感受到一種濃厚的歐陸式風格，無論是玫瑰金剛框配花線，還是凹凸的紋牆身配合、義大利式小島馬賽克掛畫，都仿佛讓人置身於歐洲的感覺。 據業主表示，因為家人都非常喜歡歐陸式的風格，所以在牆壁上，就採用了一種非常具有歐洲風格的掛畫作為裝飾，而這幅掛畫也能夠配合飯客廳的風格，呈現出了一種非常不錯的效果。 飯客廳的設計尤為出彩，而由玄關延伸到飯客廳的訂造櫃也非常值得一提。歐陸式花線組合，靠近門口的就是訂造鞋櫃，為戶主一家人換鞋提供了便利。訂造櫃的中間，也進行了鏤空設計，可以擺放一些小裝飾，顯得整個氛圍更加溫馨。 而在客廳沙發的旁邊也精心設計了一張書臺，可以用來做功課或者溫習。 在飯客廳的另一個特色就是沙發後面的這幅藝術漆牆面，採用了藍白色刻畫出不規則的紋路，也有效提升了整體的藝術格。 每一位戶主都會對電視背景牆進行一個特別的設計，而這套房屋的電視背景牆在設計的時候，設計師用了一面啡色雲石紋的牆身，體現了一種非常獨特的感覺，而搭配上整個房屋的歐陸裝修風格，顯得即輕奢，又溫馨。 2. 主人房 主人房的設計依舊延續了歐陸式風格，搭配上窗外的自然景觀，營造出了舒適的休息環境。床頭也搭配了水晶燈，顯得光彩奪目。這種裝修風格使得整個房間顯得既浪漫又有格調。 為了增加儲物的空間，設計師也進行了精心設計。在睡床的旁邊做了地臺設計，再加上另一邊的大型訂造櫃，單單主人房就有非常充足的收納空間，使得整個房間的收納變得井井有條。 床尾的左邊則設計了一張梳粧檯，方便戶主可以隨時整理自己的儀容。而梳粧檯上的鏡子和燈光設計也恰到好處，讓戶主在使用的時候能夠感受到舒適與便利。 3. 女兒房 女兒房在設計充滿了甜美和細緻入微的考量。使用白色、粉色和紫色為主色調，營造出了甜美的少女感，在視覺上也能夠帶來溫馨、浪漫的感覺，讓房間充滿活力。 打開房間之後就可以看到旁邊有一個小小的書臺，訂造櫃兼顧了衣櫃和書櫃的作用，既滿足了儲物需求，也可以提供一個安靜的學習空間。書臺的設計也恰到好處，可以隨時隨地的進行學習。 此外，在床尾的位置也精心打造了玻璃面的層板櫃，不僅美觀大方，也能夠作為展示空間，可以用來擺放一些擺件。這樣的設計滿足了小女孩的展示欲望，也可以增添一份獨特的魅力。 4. Charming 房間 Charming 房間設計也非常巧妙，通過藍色牆身與“天空之鏡”般的牆紙相結合，成功營造出了一種寧靜而深邃的海天一色氛圍，藍天白雲的搭配也顯得尤為和諧。 在這種色調的營造下，也可以給人一種特別放鬆的感覺，從而在心理上產生一種遠離塵囂、放鬆身心的效果，每天晚上，就可以盡情享受舒適的睡眠。 這套房屋的設計，充分體現了設計師對空間佈局、風格塑造和細節處理的精湛技藝，不僅營造了浪漫又有格調的氛圍，也能夠讓人感受到家的溫馨和幸福。

This compliment comes from Ms. Sze, our customer of Monterey (IV32108), firstly, we would like to thank her for the reply, this was her first fitting out experience, Ms. Sze paid extra attention on every process and detail because of the lack of fitting out experience, the team of Design Information Centre carefully took care of the requests of Ms. Sze and her family, thus, they were very satisfied with the final design work.

Ms. Sze thanked all designers and construction workers who participated in the design and fitting out for building her ideal home. Ms. Sze specially thanked designer Lok for his professional advice, trying his best to fulfill their requests, and sparing his time to choose materials. Besides, Ms. Sze expressed her appreciation towards designer’s design plan and comprehensive consideration.

It is our honor to be recognized and encouraged by Ms. Sze, every compliment or encouragement is the motivation of our improvement, we will keep it up and work on every project diligently.

Hello, Mr. Tang!

After 3 months of fitting out, our new home has been built, I’d like to thank you, DIC’s design team who worked hard, workers such as the carpenters and electricians for working in hot summer days, your careful guidance and their hard work create the gorgeous work today, my family and I are very satisfied with the whole design and colour tone, it’s refreshing and elegant, every part has its own feature, and they’re well matched, the whole environment looks harmonious and very comfortable, thank you for trying your best to help and solve the problems I told you, and fulfill our requests, you gave us many professional advice during the fitting out, when we were buying furniture and making the feature wall, the special thing was even when you were busy, you spared time to choose the wall cloth and materials of the feature wall for comparison, finally, you made a marvelous mosaic wall of reasonable price for us, it’s all because of your help. I’d also like to thank Designer’s renderings and furniture drawings, the final work is what we want, he considered some parts very carefully, it’s our first fitting out experience, because of the lack of experience, we were indecisive when choosing some materials and always changed our minds, thank you for your patience and tolerant, you’ve been honest, meticulous, professional and responsible in every process, in short, my new home is much more satisfying than what I expected, I think DIC is a right choice, thank you for helping, I believe that your company’s business will grow and prosper because of its excellent employees!

✨Design Information Centre can offer interest-free installment choices of several banks🏦. It is because of our well-developed foundation and stable financial condition💪, we are able to obtain back-ups from different banks. Therefore we are able to offer 12-month, 24-month or 36-month interest-free installments to our customers.💰💰

✨All designers in DIC gained professional training and everyone have their own personal style and strength📝. However, they will not solely rely on their personal capabilities, but also follow the management culture by the company and all the strict monitor guidelines, management and review process. Also, they collaborated with every department included Audit Department, Engineering Supervision, Construction Team, and Furniture Production Team and examine work in different department to finish the project. Our company will not take the responsibility to provide the insurance cover (e.g. labour insurance and the warranty of every project), 3-year structural warranty of the residential project and 1-year structural warranty of the commercial project if the project did not follow the above payment request. Without the insurance cover and structural warranty, it will be hard to keep the engineering quality and also an incomplete project will appeared🤯, and client may carry unnecessary loss. 💸
