Ms. Mok appreciated the patience and coordination of designer Jacob and project supervisor Shek in the fitting out, their prompt follow-up and progress report put Ms. Mok at ease. Because of their professional advice and sincere working attitude, Ms. Mok could trust Design Information Centre’s design and fitting out services.

Good morning, Jacob,

The video shooting of the customer satisfaction case will be held in today’s afternoon, the answers to your colleague’s questions are replied above. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you and all the staff of the design and construction departments who were responsible for my flat. Especially you and Shek, from the design to fitting out, you answered our questions promptly and patiently, and try your best to fulfill our requests. When there were construction problems, you followed up quickly, spared no effort in helping and solving problems, and reported the progress frequently. You provided a lot of professional advice to us in different aspects (design/choosing materials/placing/installation/arrangement), and put yourselves into the users’ shoes, which is the most impressive to me and my family. We felt at ease in the whole process, although we didn’t have much fitting out experience and were busy at work, this is very important.

Finally, I wish you, Shek, all construction workers and your company’s staff the best of health and every success in your work.

✨Design Information Centre can offer interest-free installment choices of several banks🏦. It is because of our well-developed foundation and stable financial condition💪, we are able to obtain back-ups from different banks. Therefore we are able to offer 12-month, 24-month or 36-month interest-free installments to our customers.💰💰

✨All designers in DIC gained professional training and everyone have their own personal style and strength📝. However, they will not solely rely on their personal capabilities, but also follow the management culture by the company and all the strict monitor guidelines, management and review process. Also, they collaborated with every department included Audit Department, Engineering Supervision, Construction Team, and Furniture Production Team and examine work in different department to finish the project. ✨ Clients should have checked if the payment method is the same as above when patronize decoration design engineering in DIC✔✔. Our company will not take the responsibility to provide the insurance cover (e.g. labour insurance and the warranty of every project), 3-year structural warranty of the residential project and 1-year structural warranty of the commercial project if the project did not follow the above payment request. Without the insurance cover and structural warranty, it will be hard to keep the engineering quality and also an incomplete project will appeared🤯, and client may carry unnecessary loss. 💸
