邂逅簡約歐陸風情，寫意人生由此起航 裝修和設計房屋之前，相信每個人都會流覽大量的設計風格，以確保整體風格可以符合自己的需求。而在裝修過程中，如果簡約歐陸風遇上海景，是否能開啟寫意人生呢？那麼，就讓我們一起來探索下約757英尺的房屋設計吧。 1. 飯客廳 一把打開大門，可以看到廚房左右兩邊半腰花線設計的訂造櫃和牆身顏色一致，這樣的定制傢俱除了可以自由挑選款式之外，顏色也可以進行自由搭配，使得整個空間看起來和諧統一，展現出主人的獨特品位。 靠近大門的換鞋椅設計，將實用與美觀的完美結合。它不僅方便了日常穿脫鞋子，還避免了將鞋子隨意擺放可能帶來的衛生問題。這一設計使得進門區域更加整潔有序。 沙發後背的一整面牆身以花線做裝飾，襯托出歐式風格的典雅和沉靜。同時隱形房門的設計背後，也隱藏著一道通往睡房的走廊門，這也使得背牆更加統一。 這樣完美隱藏的不止隱形門，在右上角的窗戶位置也有隱形推拉門的存在，需要時隨時打開窗戶通風換氣，又避免了傳統窗戶設計可能帶來的視覺上的突兀感。當窗戶關閉時，整個牆面看起來整潔而和諧。 客廳整體以花線和大理石做搭配，還有燈槽散發的柔和燈光。共同營造出一種溫馨而輕奢的環境。這樣的設計不單符合歐式和簡約的風格，在這裏看書看電影，都可以享受到自在的時光。 2. 主人房 別看客廳沒有收納空間，主人房的收納空間可是非常充足的，這一設計巧妙地彌補了儲物空間的不足，提供了充足的儲物解決方案。 床頭位置做了掛通衣櫃設計，不僅可以用來收納衣服，也可以保持臥室的整潔。而床頭板左右兩邊的凹凸位置，不僅起到了床頭櫃的作用，也方便放置日常用品。打開床頭板還有不少的存儲空間，用來存放雜物非常實用。 不僅如此，床頭板也融合了梳粧檯的功能。打開床頭板的抽屜並拉起鏡子，就可以輕鬆地進行化妝。而當不需要使用時，也可以將其收藏在櫃體內，不佔用過多的空間。 整個主人房的設計延續了簡約的歐式風格，與飯客廳的主題相呼應，營造出了一種溫馨、舒適的居住環境，而窗臺的寬闊設計也得到了充分的利用，靠近門口的牆身上安裝了掛牆電視，窗臺直接成為了一個舒適的觀看電視的位置。 3. 其他房間 另外兩間房，都做了隱形趟門的設計，在不算寬敞的走廊中，就不會存在開門碰到人的情況，亦或阻礙走動的情況，此外隱形趟門的設計在視覺上減少了門的存在感，使得空間顯得更加開闊。 房間的設計中，木紋地磚和門邊的白色和原木色拼色組合的訂造櫃，也提供了非常充足的儲物空間，此外，牆身也有兩塊層板，不僅可以用來放置雜物，還可以根據個人喜好擺放裝飾品或書籍等物品，為房間增添一份特色和溫馨感。 4. 廚房 來到廚房，淺灰色亮面櫥櫃與白色大理石臺面的組合，營造出簡潔大方的風格，而搭配上燈槽設計，光線更加充足。 C字型的佈局設計，在煮食物的時候也非常方便，而想要切東西或洗東西時，只需要輕輕轉身即可完成。 此外，牆體上的懸掛杆設計也是一大亮點。通過將廚房餐具懸掛起來，不僅使得整個廚房空間看起來更加整潔有序，還方便了餐具的取用和清潔。 這套簡約歐陸風情的居住屋，是否能讓你喜歡呢？不妨深入瞭解設計理念，打造自己舒適又充滿藝術氣息的居住環境吧。

We would like to thank Elaine, our customer in Monte Vista (IV34507), for her support and recognition to us. She specially thanked CEO Nelson, designers Jacob and Marvin, and the construction team of Design Information Centre. Whenever in holidays or in the midnight, when Elaine asked questions through WhatsApp, Nelson and the others would reply as soon as possible, and the handover could be done within 3 months, which was exactly the required time we promised to Elaine.

Elaine also mentioned that during the fitting out, when she had any opinions, the designers and construction team would handle properly immediately, so as to suit her living habits. Besides, she complimented the construction team for their wonderful service, they told her how to make the furniture more durable, and how to protect the mirror surface of the refrigerator, she could totally feel the meticulousness and warmth of Design Information Centre’s service.

We would like to thank Elaine, our customer in Monte Vista (IV34507), for her compliment to us again. ✨Design Information Centre can offer interest-free installment choices of several banks🏦. Therefore we are able to offer 12-month, 24-month or 36-month interest-free installments to our customers.💰💰

✨All designers in DIC gained professional training and everyone have their own personal style and strength📝. However, they will not solely rely on their personal capabilities, but also follow the management culture by the company and all the strict monitor guidelines, management and review process. ✨ Clients should have checked if the payment method is the same as above when patronize decoration design engineering in DIC✔✔. Our company will not take the responsibility to provide the insurance cover (e.g. labour insurance and the warranty of every project), 3-year structural warranty of the residential project and 1-year structural warranty of the commercial project if the project did not follow the above payment request. Without the insurance cover and structural warranty, it will be hard to keep the engineering quality and also an incomplete project will appeared🤯, and client may carry unnecessary loss. 💸
