We would like to thank Mr. Ng, our customer of Chun Man Court (IV34496), for replying and complimenting the efforts and thoughts of designer Jacob and construction workers during the construction, he was very satisfied. Customers come first, solving problems for customers and providing comprehensive services have been the principles of Design Information Centre, Mr. Ng especially appreciated that the designers spared no efforts in following-up the construction progress, and their professional advice, so that he felt reassured in the process.

At the same time, Mr. Ng highly appreciated that the workers of the construction team were polite and were willing to explain every construction detail patiently, they had also followed-up defects for many times after the completion of the construction, so as to create the most satisfying home.

We would like to thank Mr. Ng’s compliment to the company again, Design Information Centre promises to work as one, keep improving, strive for excellence, try its best to provide meticulous and professional one-stop service to every customer.

All the defects have been fixed today, although lots of time was spent on the follow-up, I’m very satisfied.

In the whole fitting out, I’d like to thank Jacob first, he gave lots of professional opinions to us, the communication throughout the whole fitting out was ideal. Besides, he were responsible and helped us to solve many problems. he also chose construction materials with us together, provided valuable opinions, helped to order and install electrical appliances, it’s very considerate.

Moreover, all workers were professional, such as Chan and Yiu, they were polite and explained the items in the fitting out that we had to pay attention to carefully. A lady in the neighborhood also appreciated the politeness and kindness of the workers.

On the other hand, I feel satisfied that the workers worked hard to follow-up defects after the repossession. Thanks to all the workers, they follow-up the defects meticulously. Especially Lam, he had come to the flat for many times for follow-up work, he was professional, meticulous and efficient. I appreciate that your company can provide high quality services, if my friends need fitting out service, we’ll definitely recommend your company. Finally, my wife and I would like to thank the whole team of DIC, wish you every success in your business and keep providing high quality services.

✨Design Information Centre can offer interest-free installment choices of several banks🏦. It is because of our well-developed foundation and stable financial condition💪, we are able to obtain back-ups from different banks. Therefore we are able to offer 12-month, 24-month or 36-month interest-free installments to our customers.💰💰

✨All designers in DIC gained professional training and everyone have their own personal style and strength📝. However, they will not solely rely on their personal capabilities, but also follow the management culture by the company and all the strict monitor guidelines, management and review process. Also, they collaborated with every department included Audit Department, Engineering Supervision, Construction Team, and Furniture Production Team and examine work in different department to finish the project. ✨ Clients should have checked if the payment method is the same as above when patronize decoration design engineering in DIC✔✔. Our company will not take the responsibility to provide the insurance cover (e.g. labour insurance and the warranty of every project), 3-year structural warranty of the residential project and 1-year structural warranty of the commercial project if the project did not follow the above payment request. Without the insurance cover and structural warranty, it will be hard to keep the engineering quality and also an incomplete project will appeared🤯, and client may carry unnecessary loss. 💸
