We would like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Lui, our customers of Lohas Park (IV32082), for their compliment to designer Rive, designer Mingyi and the construction team, they feel lucky for choosing us, we are also lucky to be appreciated by them! They mentioned in the letter about the impressive moment in the whole design and fitting out process, we can see their trust and supports to us in the letter, we are very happy!

This fitting out creates a refined home for the customers, they also enrich their fitting out knowledge, they are very satisfied, their satisfaction is our greatest gain. Design Information Centre will keep sparing no efforts to make the most ideal home for our customers wholeheartedly and cordially, so that every customer who chooses us can be as satisfied as Mr. and Mrs. Lui.

The content of the customers’ compliment letter are as follows

"We don’t know where to start because it’s our first time to handle fitting out! We saw others’ experiences on the internet, a lot of projects were unfinished/delayed/over-budget/made with poor workmanship/handled in bad communication, etc.

We were luck to meet Rive and Mingyi, at first, I told them which parts had to be designed, they estimated the budget to explain the fitting out, so that it was easy to count every item. After the repossession, they measured the size to see if there were anything needed to be amended and if they could follow the previously discussed plan. Then, we discussed how to do every part face-to-face in detail, we had discussed for 2-3 hours in those meeting to make sure that we knew how to do every part. After that, we received a 3D rendering, I couldn’t imagine the before and after until I saw the rendering. There must be something different of the design and the reality, Rive and Mingyi explained the differences to us, as well as the shortcomings and choices. We seldom go to the flat, they would keep us updated regularly, reminded us about what to prepare from time to time, handled the gas, electrical appliances, delivery of cleaning tools for us before the handover, apart from phone calls, they helped us to chase an electrical appliance which were delayed for 8 days every day, so that we didn’t have to toss from side to side. On the handover day, Rive, Mingyi and 2 workers came to check, they didn’t ask us to confirm the handover sloppily, we could check every side and corner so that they could finish the remedial works immediately, DIC’s team arrived after having lunch, and finished at about 7p.m., then they checked every item carefully. After moving in, when we found some tiny problems, they followed up quickly, after replying us, they sent workers to fix the problems, the workers would ask us to take a look and check before they leave.

My husband and I are satisfied with DIC’s service, the design team asked about our living habits to adjust the furniture, the furniture in the flat are beautiful and practical, the feature wall has a clear layering, outstanding lines and it’s easy for cleaning, the big wardrobe in the master room is designed with embedded gold lines which is simplistic and special, the designers are professional. I thought that construction workers were rude, but DIC’s workers aren’t rude at all, when I asked some technical problems, they would answer me, once I asked about the paint, and I knew that lots of paints were used at my home, the features of different paints, I thought only white and grey were used before that.

Lastly, I want to thank Rive, Mingyi and the construction team for your efforts, headwork and manual work."

Our company will not take the responsibility to provide the insurance cover (e.g. labour insurance and the warranty of every project), 3-year structural warranty of the residential project and 1-year structural warranty of the commercial project if the project did not follow the above payment request. Without the insurance cover and structural warranty, it will be hard to keep the engineering quality and also an incomplete project will appeared🤯, and client may carry unnecessary loss. 💸
