We would like to thank the customers of High One Grand (IV34639) for sparing their time to write the thank you message, which is a big encouragement to our DIC team. The customer said it was their first time to renovate their home, they were not familiar with fitting out, the professional attitude of the designer and construction workers satisfied and reassured them, they were happy to know Design Information Centre.

The customers thanked the professionalism and meticulousness of designer, listened to the requests of the customers, and provided professional advice to the customers, which created an outstanding home design, combining beauty and functionality. Besides, the customers thanked the construction workers for striking for perfect in every detail, they tried their best to provide remedial work for the customers, so as to satisfy all requests of the customers.

I’d like to thank for designing our new home diligently, besides providing advice, the designer had his own thought, to create a functional and beautiful home design. Moreover, he spent lots of time to bring us to choose the lights and feature wall, the colours of our home had been changed for many times until we were satisfied.

The construction workers of DIC were professional, they made full protection for the flat at the beginning of the fitting out, and sticked the working guide on, they did remedial work repeatedly after the completion of the fitting out to make the fitting out perfect, thank you for their efforts.

I’d like to thank designer and DIC’s construction workers for their efforts, infusing different colours into our home, the designer shared his wonderful thoughts generously, you make this home reviviscent like magicians.

Because we are newbies and don’t know many things, designer analyzed and explained to us patiently and professionally, the most satisfying is the artistic paint, the designer showed us different kinds of artistic paints, and discussed the colours and materials with us patiently, the final work is surprising, we feel like living in an artwork.

Moreover, for the fitting out, I appreciate the well-organized working guide, perfect decorations and professional attitude of the workers, this is totally different from those arbitrary attitudes of the workers and non-transparent quotations which trouble other owners, DIC’s workers apred no effort to handle the urgent remedial work for us after the completion of the project, I’m happy that I can meet you in my life.

✨Design Information Centre can offer interest-free installment choices of several banks🏦. It is because of our well-developed foundation and stable financial condition💪, we are able to obtain back-ups from different banks. Therefore we are able to offer 12-month, 24-month or 36-month interest-free installments to our customers.💰💰

✨All designers in DIC gained professional training and everyone have their own personal style and strength📝. However, they will not solely rely on their personal capabilities, but also follow the management culture by the company and all the strict monitor guidelines, management and review process. Also, they collaborated with every department included Audit Department, Engineering Supervision, Construction Team, and Furniture Production Team and examine work in different department to finish the project. Our company will not take the responsibility to provide the insurance cover (e.g. labour insurance and the warranty of every project), 3-year structural warranty of the residential project and 1-year structural warranty of the commercial project if the project did not follow the above payment request. Without the insurance cover and structural warranty, it will be hard to keep the engineering quality and also an incomplete project will appeared🤯, and client may carry unnecessary loss. 💸
