為了方便繁忙的都市人,一站式服務漸漸成為主流趨勢。不少人都有這個經驗:滿心喜歡抱著一腔熱誠希望把家打扮得漂漂亮亮,開展新生活或讓家人住得開心一點,可是先要跟設計師商討方案、然後不時到工地監察施工、最後還要到窗簾地磚傢俬潔具電器店四處搜羅配合家中各人喜歡的配件,對於繁忙的香港人來說,家未弄好早已身心疲累了。今次我們請來設計情報中心總監陳禮善(Kevin)先生,為你講解其計劃和發展理念。

We have invited the Director of Design Information Centre, Mr CHEN Li-Shin (Kevin), to explain his plan and development concept for you.
全新概念 New concept

設計情報中心是香港首間提供一站式室內設計連裝修工程的公司,近十年來,一站式服務這新穎的想法為室內設計及工程行業帶來了新衝擊。「其實近幾年,很多行家跟隨一站式服務的營運方式,可見一站式服務的成功。另外,室內設計及裝修項業提供免息分期亦是本公司首創,為更多客人完成他們的夢想家居,當然亦成為業界及其他項業跟隨。今次我們投放了大量的資源,我們將設計師、裝修工程和物料供應商聯合,設計情報中心將會成為三方面的中間人,很多人在裝修設計之前,會在網上查看相關資料,甚至會網上購買所需的物料,但這個方法讓用者有所侷限,因此灣景廣場的一站式計劃便成為了一個良好的平台,加上我們的多年經驗,讓客人更添信心。」「持續改善」是設計情報中心的營運目標,至今仍一直構思新的服務,希望為業界及顧客帶更多衝擊,成就更多元化的室內設計行業。

In the past, the processes of design services and construction works are all separated. 不一樣的店鋪設計 Not an ordinary shop design

在店鋪設計方面,每一間均經過一番打造,「場內設有多個區域,每一個店鋪均以不同物料作主題,但只擺放石材、衛浴設計,感覺會比較單調,因此我們在每一個店鋪均加入櫥窗和室內設計,如衛浴區域,我會收店鋪設計成浴室一樣,以供應商提供的物料,配合優良的設計,讓客戶了解,他們可以以較低的成本營造出予人名貴的效果。」全層設有兒童房、物料、衛浴和布藝四大區域,為顧客帶來不一樣的體驗。在物料管理方面,設計情報亦有一套造法,「設計情報擁有百多名團隊成員,每一個人都有不同的專長,因此公司會因應他們的長處,分配特定的物料種類予相關人士管理。」

Each store is furnished with different ‘theme’ materials, but if we put only stones and marbles, as well as up-market bathroom fittings, it would be truly monotonous, so we modify by adding window disply and and appropriate interior designs, such as sanitary region, we will furnish the store as bathroom(s) by using designated materials from our associate suppliers, with good design, our customers can understand easily that they can create a low cost design with valuable results. The whole floor is full of children's rooms, materials, sanitary ware and beb and bath materials, They are devided into four regions to bring a different shopping experience for the customer. In materials management, Design Information Centre has a set of operation manual, Design Inforamtion Centre has more than a hundred team members, everyone has a different expertise, so the company will assign them according to their strengths, with the allocation of a specific type of material to the management of the stakeholders."
