Village houses are usually located in outskirts. The outdoor areas allow house owners to enjoy BBQ and gardening. It can be a challenge for house owners of the ground floor of village houses under heavy rainstorm. The featured unit is being storm-lashed as well. In the living room, the batten wall behind the TV cabinet not only presents a unique feel but also flatters the secret door to the master bedroom and toilet. The wall in grey on the other side is similar to a cement wall in industrial style. The black in the TV combination, the door of the kid's bedroom and the kitchen door presents a uniform touch with chic elements.

The grey wall of the living room

The owner initially wants the whole design in dark tones, but the designer believes the design is too heavy to do so. Then the designer suggested the dining room in light for a clear separation between living and dining area. There is a wood grain dining table, chairs in white and brown and a floor-to-ceiling storage cabinet in pure white.
