The owner can enjoy intoxicant sea view, but the apartment is divided into small units, the owner can only enjoy the seascape in living room. The designer used the Hong Kong skyline as model to create a special landscape in living room-180°vertical landscape. A room is opened as a workplace behind the living room and two bedrooms are connected to become a master bedroom. The living room is separated from the bedroom by sliding door, if the sliding door is opened, then you can see from the living room to the bedside. This 270°depth of field becomes the most splendid landscape in this house.
One side is three-dimensional scenery surrounded by Hong Kong skyline, another side is the owner’s favorite wine tasting area. The wine cabinet and crystal cups allowed visitors enjoy the beauty of wine.
450°landscape
It is not easy to fulfill the special requirements from the owner in this house with such a splendid view. It is equipped with 270°splendid seascape, 180°vertical landscape specially designed by the designer, constituting comfortable bedroom surrounded by 450°splendid seascape. The wall painting constituted by Nero Marquina marble and wood floor is amazing since it compares Nero Marquina marble to sea and wood floor to land, and the material of the wood floor used in the wall painting is same as the material of wood floor used in the ground, therefore the wall is perfectly connected with the ground. What’s more, the wall is conspicuous with an old history which can match with the video and audio equipment, becoming the topic when tasting wine.
Wine Tasting
The owner has made it clear that a professional bar is more important than a dining room. Therefore there is a wine cabinet is designed at the original space of dining room, which is full of many types of crystal cups and convenient for guests to select cups for champagne or whisky. There were no chairs and tables in the area but the owner decided to install a glass table decorated by water ripple and foldable bench. They can enjoy the wonderful time with each others. The top grade audio/video equipments can also provide a wonderful moments.
Selected Corner
The wall is across the living room and dining room is designed by the designer according to Hong Kong skyline. It is a special landscape in the living room, transferring to Nero Marquina marble (similar to sea) and wood floor (similar to land).
A specially decorated wall next to the entrance is connected with the glass table and used dune as theme which can match with the bar, the skyline of mountain and sea in the living room, and 270°splendid seascape of the whole house.
The living room has a beautiful seascape as the space has been increased. The space of the living room is expanded because there is a work station behind the sofa with a comfy touch.
This part is used as the entrance of the bar, but the owner decided to install this glass table decorated by water ripple. There are many types of crystal cups in the cabinet for visitors to enjoy champagne or whisky.
Beautiful Scenery Is Created by Change in Partition
The house with three bedrooms lived by couple is more than enough. The bedroom near the living room is dismantled for an open work station, which can not only expand the space of living room but also provide a flexible space for head of household to use. An electronic lifting table is set up behind the sofa which is convenient for residents to work or playing his Lego or simply work with the computer. The reason to install a lifting table is that the owner enjoys to stand rather than sit in work.
An open work station is just one the example of the detailed in the design. The most special part is that the bedroom door is near the window. If you open the door, you may see that the mirror connected with the real window and the highlight the 270°seascape. Lego castles in the house are made by the owner which is the favorite pastime
Different crystal cups can be found in the wine cabinet and used as decoration and guests can enjoy their favorite wine time.

The mirror connected with the real window based on the adjustment to three bedrooms by the designer which serve as the highlight of 270°seascape. The recessed light decorated by ripple on the ceiling of the work station is produced by Flos.
The guest washing room for guest is small but delicate, the bathtub is set in the washing room for owner, and only the space for basin is left in the washing room for guests.
There is a special laundry behind the hidden door near the wine cabinet. The designer made a small adjustment in the kitchen. It is not showed in this picture, but you can see it in the floor plan.
Focal Point
The 270°splendid seascape combined with a special wall of 180°Hong Kong skyline specially designed by the designer can constitute a 450°surrounded splendid landscape.
The whole area used water as the theme. The wall near the door is similar to sand, the Hong Kong skyline across the living room and bedroom, the BLACK MARQUINA is similar to sea, the work station equipped with ceiling light which is decorated by water ripple, and the vertical wooden cabinet decorated by water ripple at one side of the washing room for guests, all are bright images.
There are many requirements given by the resident, for example, a specially designed laundry, the toilet should not be set in the bedroom, the bar is more important than a dining room, and a quiet landscape of the washing room for guests.
The effect of wire glass at the bedside cabinet is a good match with the 270°seascape. The bedroom is full with natural sunlight although the furnishing are in dark colour.
The master bedroom is transformed from two bedrooms is equipped with expanded window for a better vision, and a cloakroom can be added behind the bed.
The cloakroom is made up of two open wardrobes, the central channel makes it easy for the owner to choose for clothes and shirts, and the end of the channel is the main bathroom.
The main bathroom is for owner to wash and take a bath. It is specially required by the owner that toilet should not be set in the main bedroom, and the washing room for guest.
