Love for wood

Extensive wood elements can be seen in the living room. Besides wood bricks, South-American ebony for storage cabinets, while TV cabinet and wooden seat are of crude wood and antique wood. Designer left partial partition of storage cabinets blank and used glass door, the owner could store her favourite accessories and dolls. In the living room, light cultured stone wallpapers were used to walls near the rice-white sofa to increase sense of layers. Considering limited space, designer built a special dining table that can be turned up from cabinet top, it can be hidden and used when needed.

Industrial element

Platforms in bedroom for storage space and used as the separation between the living area and bedroom. Stairs in the living room have a extension feeling and connected to living room in a secrete way. Bedroom has three big windows on both sides of the wall, so designer placed closet at bedside and book desk at bed-end concave position, and hanging cabinets at the corner of upper wall. Sliding door was installed with black-steel frame and frosted glass to create a kind of glass flower effect, and sunlight can penetrate into living room.

Harmonious & Elegant

Designer created some storage in the kitchen as originally there was none. The hanging cabinet is highlighted in white piano paint and ebony in lower cupboard, and black artificial stone as counter top. Bathroom’s design is simple, for example, bathroom walls were paved with beige tiles, sink top is artificial stone, and light-colored storage cabinets which are pleasing to eyes were arranged in the lower part. Bathtub bottom used with ceramic titles and installed glass wall and glass door.
