Warm colour creates warmth and cozy home. Dark colors creates stylish and unique home. When combining both design concept, style brings fashion and modern to the flat.
The design in the living room is simple with stylish black and white colour, the wooden tiles brings harmony to the environment.
Changing the layout
Two bedrooms is changed to one for owner’s actual requirement and utilize the space usage. Design is simple but stylish. As there is limited space, mirrors and stainless steel materials are used to increase the sense of space. Sliding door is used in the master bedroom for spacing issue. Kitchen is re-designed into open kitchen to reduce number of walls for a more spacious area.
The design features simple and vogue style. Considering limited space, designer used multiple mirrors and stainless steel materials to increase the sense of space.
Special floral wallpaper was used in the entrance hall to enhance 3D effect and also provide more unique design.
The entrance hall is a multi-functional space with sliding door to enhance the sense of space and stylish design.
Piano room is partitioned by glass wall to make the room more spacious.
Flexibility
A part of entrance hall is reserved for storage or guestroom, or as maid’s room in the future. The other side was turned into piano room partitioned by glass wall, behind it is the TV cabinet to increase the sense of space. Indoor partitions are mainly in the form of sliding door. Reflective and transparent materials were used, such as PVC wall in the entrance hall is in deep color, its reflective property add glamorous element in the whole design.

Pretty yet practical
Hidden storage space is used in the whole design. Elevated storage platform in the master bedroom for a better storage space. With ground lamps for lighting at night can also create comfortable atmosphere. The closet and high cabinet for partition purpose provided extra storage space.
Kitchen & Bathroom, Bedroom
Kitchen was designed in open kitchen to expand the sense of space and introduce the natural light of living room.
Bathroom is tiny but with five-star decoration.
Bathtub was changed to shower cubicle with seat provided for a more comfortable shower experience.
High cabinets work as partition and provide storage space.
The sliding door of the master bedroom can increase usable space and the platform design provide extra storage space.
Elevated storage platforms does not affect the sense of space but rather create a better atmosphere.
