As the room is our private space, so it needs to be designed to meet individual needs. In this residence, the overall design highlights the user’s personal style. Under the circumstance of space constraint, our intention is to maximize the storage function and allow the layout be more pragmatic.
Spacious feeling
The three-bedroom and two-dining room layout is emphasized in simple and practical style. White is the main tone of the dining room, with one wall being installed with gray wallpaper to enrich the overall color. Besides more storage space for the cabinet, the designer has also paid special attention to avoid an oppression feeling of the cabinet to the living room. For examples, a space is reserved between the cabinet top and the ceiling, and the TV cabinet is deliberately hung above the floor to give a lightweight impression, reduce stress and create a broader visual effect.
There in an interaction between the lighting effect of troffer lights and spotlights to bring a warm feeling for the dining room.
The cabinet by the side of dining room has a gap between its top and the ceiling for stress reducing purpose.
The green plants play an important role to keep the house fresh.

Rooms features
In the mas ter bedroom, the designer has emphasized the light dispersion effect of troffer lights and spotlights to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The children’s bedroom designs are considered most unique in the flat. One of the two children’s bedrooms has a platform to raise the height of the bed and significantly increase the storage space. The desk is not rested on the platform but on the floor, thereby generating a “subsidence” feeling to use the adjacent higher platform as the seat. The other children’s bedroom is able to accommodate two people, having two single beds to allow two children to have their private space. Furthermore, each of the bed has designed with a storage compartment underneath the top layer to coordinate with the actual needs of family members.
The troffer lights and spotlights light are the main light source, offering a light dispersion effect to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
The raised platform against the floor has created a “subsidence” feeling, thereby making full use of the space to use the platform as a seat.
The high-rise wardrobe in the master bedroom offers lots of storage space.
