Project Brief 設計概述

Location in Tai Po Mei Tuk,this garden villa project covers an area of 194.97sqm. I N order to decorate this house with a sense of modernity, and to emerge it fully into the surrounding context,the designers combine various natural elements with the modern design, thus creating an extreme contrast of the two styles. In this manner, a sun dream garden within the hustling city is created.In terms of the big garden before the villa, the designers deliberately decorate a fish pond, a spray pond and a climbing wall on the paved grassland, so as to provide the owner and his children an intimate heaven to enjoy the family gathering as if they are in the real nature. On the other side of the garden, a south-east Asian style wall is ingeniously arranged and positioned, in order to unify the overall spatial style.

該花園別墅位於香港大尾督，佔地194.97平方米。為打造極具時代感的家居，並與附近的地理環境相融合，設計師將各種自然元素植入摩登時尚的設計中，令這兩種反差極大的風格融合，希望營造城市中的花園。在別墅前的大花園內，除鋪設了草地，設計師隨性地增設一個養魚水池和噴水池，並在鋪設的草地上興建了一道攀石牆，讓屋主和子女可以在花園內遊玩，享受彷彿置身大自然的樂趣。在花園的另一端，設置一道極具東南亞風格的特色牆, 經過巧妙的佈置和定位，令整個空間的風格統一起來。

The designers integrate many natural and technical elements together with a view to build an intelligent residence. The intelligent housing system may cover a vast range of the appliances, enabling the owner to intelligently control the air-condition. lamp, electric curtain, the television cabinet with electric storage function and anti-theft system,so as to make full use of the technology element in this design.

設計師在家居上結合了後多科技和自然的元素，希望打造一個智能家居。以智能家居糸統控制大部份的家具，讓屋主可以用智能手機控制空調、電燈、電動窗簾、電動收納式的電視機以及防盗系統等。以求科技的元素在該項目的設計中發揮最大的功效。

KITCHEN

Drawing on the experience of foreign design style, the designers in this case combine the dinning room and kitchen in a semi-open style. With the cupboard mainly covered by white polished material and the wall made of stainless steel, the kitchen is easy for the householder to clean. The kitchen is hedged apart from the dinning room by a sliding door made of black glass, so that the householder may close the door while cooking to isolate the lampblack without losing the sense of space. The dinning room is mainly white, in which a long pine dinning table is placed in the middle. White chairs and tableware are attached to the table, thus beside the convenience to accommodate friends for dinner, the space never fails to exude a sense of elegance. The designers deliberately set up a high-body bar paved with black tiles. The bar is embellished by two high chairs made of genuine leather which is convenient for the couple to dine there.

設計帥參考了外國的設計風格，廚房和餐廳以半開放式的設計連在一起。廚房内主要選用白色光面的廚櫃，採用不銹鋼的牆身，以方便戶主清潔打理。整個空間以黑玻璃的趟門為隔斷，既不失整體的空間感，做飯時更可拉上趟門，防止廚房的油煙吹到餐廳。在以白色為主調的餐廳，中央擺放了一張長身的松木飯桌，搭配個性的白色餐椅和餐具，方便宴請朋友聚餐之餘，更為餐廳營造出了時尚而優雅的感覺。設計師在餐廳的一旁設置了高身的吧檯，搭配兩張黑色真皮的高椅，方便戶主夫婦二人平日在吧檯進餐。

The staircases are also delicately positioned by the designers. The bottom of the staircases that links the first and second floor is excavated hollow, so as to create an effect of hearing its sound without seeing the person. And an uprightly post display cabinet is decorated to reproduce the corridor design of the museum.

設計師亦悉心規劃多個樓梯的位置，一樓客廳上二樓的樓梯，被挖空了底部部分，以達到「只聞其聲，不見其人」的效果。另一邊樓梯，除了擺放了不同的擺設，回旋形樓梯同樣挖空了中心的空間，建造了一個直立柱形的陳列櫃，感覺就像博物館的回廊設計。

Tai Po House

Each room is decorated with different styles and features. The son’s room is designed with the Japanese style. The elevated platform provides plenty of room for storage under its bottom and can also serve as a playroom for the children. The bathroom is covered with stones and artificial bamboo, unique and stylish. The style of the daughter’s room is based on the character of the princess in the fairy tale. So the color tone of this room is pink. The European style is also embodied in the design of bathroom. However, the most outstanding design is the master room. Grand space that contains all styles is finished with the general tub and shower head. Furthermore, it is decorated with dressing table and large-sized mirror to meet the demand of the hostess. Another design that arrests the attention is the vapor bath of exquisite workmanship.

每一個房間主題各異，各具特色。兒子的房間採用和式風格，升高的地台可以增加儲物空間，也可給孩子們作遊戲室，并以仿真竹和石材鋪設整個洗手間，設計非常獨特。女兒的房間則以童話中的公主為主題，以粉色糸為主調，洗手間亦參考歐式的設計。而整個項目，能不提的是面積極大的主臥洗手間，具有十足的空間感，包羅萬象，除設有一般的浴缸花灑外，化裝檯和特大的玻璃鏡最適合女戶主，另一特點是可以進行蒸氣浴，期內的手工、接口位、細節方面全都做得很細緻。
