Project Brief 設計概述

This is a project located in Tsim San Tsim Central Area, named the Masterpiece. Its designers transcend the general limitations of contracted design,and break through the boundaries while selecting the major color and materials. And in this case extremely luxury style is fully exhibited, in order to extend the modern and hustling atmosphere of Tsim Sha Tsui.

本案是位於尖沙咀中心區的屋苑名鑄，其打破一般家居的簡約設計，在用色、配料上都非常大膽一、有創意, 採用極其豪華的風格，延續尖沙咀繁華鬧市的感覺。

Furniture & Accessories 特色家具與配佈

The furniture is mostly black and silver in creative arrangement,and the wall is paved with glass wallpaper of different patterns,thus creating an atmosphere of grandness and modernity.Stylish furniture is decorated in the living room such as the yellow translucent bar in the side hall and the blue translucent dinning table in the dinning room, both of which are made of rare natural agate.

家具以黑色和銀色為主，牆上貼有不同特色圖案的玻璃牆紙，并以具有個性的擺設和佈置，渲染出華麗感、時代感。家具上選用的是極具前瞻性的特色家具，如偏廳中的黃色透光吧檯和餐廳的藍色透光餐桌，兩者都是由罕見的天然瑪瑙石打造而成。

The floor in the hallway is paved with amphibole, while the wall is covered with full-length mirror and silver wallpaper embellished with different patterns, together with an aubergine wall ark,thus a noble he home design. The floor is divided into four levels as its matron the hallway materials gradually soften. From the hallway to the living room, the floor is paved with specially selected carpet,so that a feeling of walking into magnificence is created. As people would collapse into the sofa once they come back home, so the texture and visual solace are the pursuit of the designers in this part.As a result, instead of the giant glass droplight,the designers use the small box dark light,spot lamp,troffer and floor lamp to decorate the house. The bar in the side hall matched with soft yellow lighting echoes with the grand atmosphere of the overall DESIGN. The dinning room is decorated with the Italian glass lamp made by the owner, matching with the giant artificial oil painting hanging on the wall, thus achieving the aim of speaking volume for the owner’s personal taste and showcasing the artistic character of the overall look and feel.

以閃石鋪設大門玄關的地板，牆身以全身鏡及不同圖案的銀色穡紙覆蓋，加上一個深紫色的牆身櫃，感覺隆重貴氣。如此的設計令每位客人能夠感受到主人的熱情。地板總共劃分了四個層次，材質亦由最硬漸漸變軟，從玄關到大廳的地板鋪上特意挑選的地毯，讓人步入富麗堂皇的世界。因為人回到家時總是會第一時間坐在沙發上，這樣做在視覺和觸感上，都能令人有放鬆的感覺。設計師在客廳選用了天花板暗燈、射燈、燈槽及坐地的燈飾代替大型的玻璃吊燈，偏廳的吧檯配以水晶燈散發的柔黃燈光，營造出整體的華麗之感; 餐廳還有業主自己設計的意大利玻璃藝術燈，配合牆上特大的人工油畫，盡顯屋主的品位，同時充滿摩登時尚之感。

The designers remold the whole residence into the hustling context surrounding it, thus merging the atmosphere into the design.

整個住宅與外面繁華鬧市的景觀，達到了裏應外合的效果，真真正正將多姿多彩的鬧市感覺延續到家中，帶進了生活。

Master room is the most outstanding place of the overall design. The style of this room is very creative. Showy feminine color is largely used in the decoration such as the pink heart-shaped carpet, the carmine chaise lounge and the silver patterned curtain,arrestingly dazzling. Combined with the king-size bathroom,changing room, the ingenious furnishing and the wall decorations, this room is like the presidential room relocated in the whole design.

主臥室是本案最突出的地方，選用了較為大膽的設計風格，如選用了粉紅色的心型地毯、深紅色的貴妃椅、銀色配花形圖案的窗簾。整個房間運用的顏色鮮艷、女性化，非常搶眼，配以特大的浴室、衣帽間，以及別具匠心的擺設及貼牆裝飾，就像將酒店的總統套房建在了家中一樣。

MODERN FASHION

The two guest rooms are decorated in different themes. One is designed with a distinctive style of wild nature and every corner of this room such as the wall lamp,wallpaper, nightstand and the bed sheet is all injected with the topi wallpaper as its embellishment Comp c elements, On the contrast, the other room is of contracted style with patterns made by uneven lines and rectangles as the framework, and the three dimensional wallpaper as its embellishment .Compared with the master room,the design of these two guest rooms is more modest and simple, to avoid grabbing the limelight of the master room.

兩間客房則各以不同的主題進行裝飾，一間以野生自然為主，無論牆燈、牆紙、床頭櫃、床單等都注入了相關主題的元素; 另一間客房則是以不同線條的圖案和矩形作構圖，配以立体牆紙，是一種充滿摩登時尚感的簡約風格。相比主臥，兩間客房的設計較為平實，為的是不會喧賓奪主，搶了主臥的風頭。
