Project Brief 設計概述

Situated in The Lamma Palace in Kowloon Tong, the house is about 232.5sqm. Owing to the large family number, the whole design is maninly for three little children, while considering the owner’s needs. The designers exert maximum effect in terms of space and function,and make good of every area.

本案位于九龍塘的藍馬豪庭，佔地面積大約232.5平方米，因為家庭成員眾多, 整個設計主要為戶主的三位年齡尚小的小朋友打造,同時也要兼願户主的要求,所以設計師在活動空間和功能上發揮了最大的作用, 善用每一寸地方。

Furniture & Accessories 特色家具與配佈

The living room and dinning room are equipped with two large crystal pendant lamps,thus creating an elegant atmosphere. The dinning room forged a gray bumpy marble wall,adding a sense of layers and creating modern style, A few sets of light furniture create more space, making the house more spacious.

客、餐廳配置了兩個大型水晶吊燈,盡顯高雅。餐廳打造了一面凹凸的灰色雲石牆, 增強家居空間的層次感, 營造時尚的格調, 豐富了餐廳的布局, 還設置了幾組簡潔輕巧的家具, 使空間更顯寬敞。

Main Color & Color Matching 主色調與色彩搭配

The living room and dinning room are mainly painted in plain colors. The white wall complemented with flashing decorations,exhibits a magnificent effect.

該項目以素色為主調, 白色牆身配上閃爍的裝飾, 設計風格偏向華麗。

Children’s Rooms 小童臥室

The two children’s rooms feature relatively high floor height.The designer utilizes the space and make it an attic, which makes the rooms higher than before visually. The room features celling windows, which allows sufficient light in, while at the same time the extended room door is made into sliding doors, thus achieving good result both in ventilating and lighting. Another children’s room, of which the wall is mainly blue and painted with some lovely cartoon images, is suitable for favoring sea world. In terms of storage, the floor is raised and installed with several shelves used for placing clothes or toys. The room has some safety cushions so that the as to flexibly use every area while ensuring that the children walk safely.Another children’s room is themed at farms and animal images.It is painted mainly in yellow, echoing the soft light. In addition,the bright yellow furniture and bed with unique style are in tune with the simplicity of children.

兩間兒童臥室都是間隔較高的房間, 設計師巧妙利用空間打造了閣樓, 令原本很高的層高顯得更高。房內設有落地大窗, 有充足的光線進入, 同時將房間的房門加大, 做成趟門, 在通風與彩光方面, 都能達到很好的效果。其中一間兒童房以海洋為主題, 藍色的牆身, 配上可愛有趣的卡通圖案，生動活潑, 適合喜歡海底世界的小朋友。在儲物方面, 升高地台, 而且設置了安全軟墊, 既讓小朋友走動安全，亦靈活善用每一個空間。另一間兒童臥室則以農舍和動物圖案為主題, 以黃色為主調, 燈光柔和, 燈光和顏色兩者完美配合, 而且選用了木地板和較搶眼的黃色家具, 加上造型特別的睡床, 契合小朋友的童真。

The layout of the elder daughter’s room features creative style, with the main colours in black,gray and white. Owing to the high floor height, a semi-open design clockroom appears plus a shiny desk. Apart from imitation mosaic wallpaper used in bedside wall, the wall shows a giant white flower pattern. A chandelier resembling gentleman’s hat coincides with the taste of young people.

大女兒的臥室布置體現出個性、有創意的一面, 以黑，灰、白色作為主色調, 因層高級高, 設計了一個開放的複式衣帽間和一張閃亮的書桌。床頭的牆身用了仿馬賽克牆紙, 呈現出巨型碎白花圖案, 再擺放一頂像紳士帽的吊燈, 彰顯年輕人的生活品位。

The master bedroom is in Japanese design style and paper-made windows and doors using Rectangular lattice design. The wooden crossbeam served as fake ceilings, together with a silver wall besides a large size Japanese- style bed, all of which add flavors of Japanese style. The attic cloakroom sits in the room. Another side of the room places two rectangular feature paintings, an irregularly shaped bookcase, dotted with a giant gecko as decoration,thus unifying the style of entire master room.

臥室採用日式的設計風格, 紙質感的窗門, 選用日風長方格設計, 木質横樑作為假天花, 搭配床頭的一面銀色弧形牆身, 加上擺放了一張大型日式睡床, 增添了和式韻味。房內有一個閣樓衣帽間, 用鳥籠作裝飾, 另一邊同樣延續設計的主題和格調, 擺放兩幅長方形的持色掛畫，一個不規則形狀的書櫃, 上方掛著巨形壁虎作點綴, 整個主臥的風格十分統一。
