A stylish cat-oriented apartment

As an indoor pet, cat needs a cozy environment. A cat lover spent about $300,000 transform his 680-square ft. apartment in Tseung Kwan O Plaza to become a “cat house”. There is continuous cat bridge for the cat walk here and timber as the scratching zone embedded underneath the windowsill.

Steve, DIC designer explained that the fluorescent tubes and wiring requires special arrangement for cat bridges. This special arrangement causes the price of this project 30% extra as compared with others. He said that there are many cats here and the cats always have been scratching the sofa, so the renovation is make from cat oriented, the specific zone designed for cats to play.

The owner adopted from cat oriented design and the racks are made as the stairs for cats to climb up and down.
